Your experience with Richard Gill is paramount to us. We strive to meet and exceed your needs on the day and thereafter. However, we also need to ensure that all parties are clear on how we operate.
DVD Packages
Copies of your DVDs will be presented to you in a beautiful presentation piece. Your production can be enhanced with personal input into the soundtrack selection. Your production will end with a slow-motion sequence depicting the highlights of your wedding day. Four copies of your wedding film will be included for your enjoyment. Additional copies can be purchased.
Travel
Some venues outside of the greater Dublin area are subject to an additional fee for travel. Please ask for details for your venue.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of €250.00 is required to secure your booking with the balance due on the day of the wedding. Payment can be in euro or in any of the following formats: cheque, bank draft, postal order or cash.
Liability
In the unlikely event of any act that may cause loss or damage to the video footage, the videographer’s liability shall be limited to a refund of all monies paid.
Rescheduling
If your wedding date is rescheduled, the videographer will accept a new booking date if he has availability for that date. The booking deposit for the new booking will only be returned if the videographer can secure a new booking for the original date.
